• One-stop shop – meet with your clients in one place (no more driving all over town).

• No interruptions – no salespeople hovering around your clients.

• 24/7 automated access - door code given to member designers.

• CAD technical drawings service – layouts and renderings of your cabinet designs (using 2020).

• Guided concierge experience – homeowners/clients are always accompanied by a designer. Prepare your meeting space to welcome clients with samples, renders (projected to TVs), music, and refreshments (espresso machine, beverages, and more).

• Convenient samples – avoid lugging heavy samples to your clients’ homes.

  • Starting with samples of:

    • Cabinets

    • Countertops

    • Tile

    • Flooring

    • Additional samples ordered by request

An added revenue stream for designers:

• Since there are no salespeople, the typical showroom sales commission is paid to designers as a specification fee for their work. Or, designers may choose to apply the spec fee to purchase at a discount for resale.
